How do I purchase a course?
You will need to register for the site before you will be able to purchase one of the courses. This allows you to be able auto-enrolled in the course after purchase. Once you are enrolled the purchase button will be available on the course directory or course page.
Do you offer scholarships?
We offer scholarships through dedicated partnering organizations. If you are an organization interested in a partnership, please contact us through here.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds for virtual-only coursework.
Are the courses in person or online?
All the courses offered on the Doulas Know Squat education site are virtual only, however if you are local to the Kansas City, MO area you can check out our in-person training offerings here.
How do I change my professional info?
Email instructors@birthitforward.org to update any professional certifications you have received from Birth It Forward.
How much of a time commitment are your courses?
This will vary from course to course. You can review the course description for estimated times for completion.
